Luoyang Qingjie Lubricant Technology Co., Ltd. was originally a military-run enterprise under the Logistics Department of the Jinan Military Region. In 1998, following the Party Central Committee's directive to "halt military enterprises from engaging in production and business activities," it was officially transferred to the management of Sinopec Group through industry restructuring. In 2007, the company successfully underwent restructuring and was reorganized as a limited liability company.
Luoyang Qingjie Lubricant Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1985. The company operates under the registered trademark "Qingjie" and is a specialized manufacturer of various lubricants, including automotive oils, motorcycle oils, industrial oils, construction machinery oils, mechanical lubricants, greases, brake fluids, and antifreeze solutions. Since its inception, the company has consistently enhanced both its management practices and product quality, earning recognition as an advanced enterprise by the Jinan Military Region for ten consecutive years. Additionally, it has been honored by the Henan Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce as a "Contract-Abiding and Trustworthy" enterprise.
