Wang Yuhe, Chairman of Luoyang Qingjie Lubricant Technology Co., Ltd., accompanied the delegation during the visit.

The research team conducted on-site inspections at the company’s production workshop and base oil tank area, gaining a detailed understanding of the company’s production and operations, R&D investment, innovation platform development, and industry-academia-research cooperation. They proactively addressed the company’s needs and provided targeted advice and recommendations.

During the调研, Wang Yuhe, Chairman of the company, introduced to everyone our company’s production processes and sales performance. Director Luo discussed with the company’s leadership the key tasks at hand—such as the current disbursement of provincial-level funds, full coverage of R&D activities in large-scale industrial enterprises, and the total value of technology contracts concluded—and shared plans for the next steps.

During the symposium, Liu Jinfeng, Deputy General Manager of the company, presented a report on the company’s technological innovation, patent applications, R&D investment, and other related topics, and also listened to the opinions and suggestions of relevant experts.

Finally, Director Luo emphasized three key points: First, the science and technology authorities will base their work on practical realities, actively leverage science and technology to support enterprise development, intensify publicity of policies that benefit enterprises through technological advancements, and provide high-quality, efficient services. Second, enterprises should further strengthen their commitment to innovation, taking the path of using technological innovation to drive their growth and development. Third, enterprises must increase their R&D investment, enhance their capacity for technological innovation and core competitiveness, accurately identify their position and seize development opportunities in emerging, high-growth industries, and further promote coordinated regional development among enterprises, thereby making positive contributions to achieving high-quality economic and social development.
