We would like to hereby inform you of the following schedule for preparing stock for the Spring Festival. All agents are requested to arrange their inventory preparations carefully and strictly adhere to the specified timelines, taking into account their own geographic locations:

　　1. To ensure that all orders placed by our agents before the Spring Festival can reach local markets on time, and taking into account factors such as shipping lead times, our company’s monthly shipment volume, and end-of-month inventory levels, the deadline for accepting pre-Spring-Festival stock-up orders is January 31, 2018.

　　2. All logistics will cease shipping as of February 3, 2018.
