This conference features a special lecture by Professor Niu Changming, a renowned gold-level instructor on automatic transmission fluid, specially invited by Qingjie Petrochemical. The training covered five key areas in detail: “Project Overview,” “Standardized Operating Procedures for In-depth Maintenance of Automatic Transmissions,” “On-site Service Procedures,” “Project Operation and Management,” and “Service Standards.”

To evaluate and clarify the effectiveness of the training, a practical assessment was specially organized after the completion of the training. During the assessment, each trainee served both as an examinee and as an assessor, engaging in role-playing and hands-on practice from both perspectives, thereby enabling them to master practical knowledge to the greatest extent possible. Meanwhile, the assessment team conducted careful video recording and provided detailed feedback, allowing the trainees to genuinely see, hear, and recognize their own strengths and weaknesses, thus clearly identifying the areas they need to focus on in the future.
