On November 24, the inaugural China Specialty Oil (Wax) Industry Development Conference and High-Quality Development Summit Forum, jointly hosted by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and the Linyi Municipal Government, opened in Linyi. More than 800 representatives from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the domestic specialty oil industry attended the conference. On August 28, the Second Annual General Meeting of the National Lubricant Enterprises Alliance under the SME Working Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, together with the Third High-Level Forum on the Development of the Lubricant Industry, was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Suzhou. The conference was organized by the National Lubricant Enterprises Alliance and co-organized by Guoji Intelligent (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Beijing Dingcheng Chuangying International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Tom Group—Jiangsu Thomson Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The Oil & Gas Specialized Committee of the Petrochemical Federation provided special support. Wang Jingmin, Secretary-General of the SME Working Committee of the Petrochemical Federation, Li Xuelong, the first rotating chairman of the Alliance, Jiao Chong, the Alliance’s Secretary-General, and members of the Alliance’s specialized committees attended the meeting.

In the vibrant month of March, as flowers bloom throughout Luoyang, the 2018 Spring Symposium of Qingjie Petrochemical & Petroleum Co., Ltd. was solemnly held in Luoyang—the “City of Peonies,” a millennial imperial capital.
