　　In the classification standards for ISO 6743/6 industrial gear oils, open gear oils are typically categorized into grades 150, 220, 320, and 460 based on their kinematic viscosity at 100°C, measured as the central value. There are three main types of open gear oils: L-CKH ordinary open gear oil, L-CKJ medium-load open gear oil, and L-CKM heavy-load open gear oil. 1. L-CKH ordinary open gear oil is a standard asphalt-based product with corrosion-resistant properties, designed for use in cylindrical or helical gears operating under moderate temperatures and light loads. If it’s a solvent-diluted product, its designation is CKH-DIL. 2. L-CKJ medium-load open gear oil has the same application range as CKH but offers enhanced extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance. 3. L-CKM heavy-load open gear oil is a viscous product with improved resistance to scuffing and corrosion, commonly used in gears operating under particularly heavy-load conditions.
